- Most Ukzn websites use your lan login. Eg Smitht1 and the lan password.
- Some websites require your full email address Eg Smith1@ukzn.ac.za.
- Ienabler (Leave pin) uses your Staff no and the password is always numbers.
- ITS- only users who are allowed to use the system will have access. This is a completely different account.
Sometimes you might get an error eg Unknown user or missing field. For this you can contact ext 4000 or email Icssupport@ukzn.ac.za.
