- SMS application
Go to https://sms.ukzn.ac.za and click on Apply for an SMS Account
- Fill in all the details on the form and print it.
- Ensure form is signed by the incumbent and HOD.
- Scan completed form.
- Go to ICS Online Call Logging
- Login in to the HEAT Self Service - enter your staff number in the first dialog box and welcome in the second box, and click login.
- Click on `New Issue` complete the log and attach scanned file of the SMS form.
