Anti-virus or other software not updating license

1.Usually when a pc is not connected to the Ukzn network the software stops getting a license from our KMS servers.
2.It requires a licence every 7 days
3.Please contact ICS on Ext 4000 or email Icssupport@ukzn.ac.za and a consultant will host your machine and install Global Protect. This is a VPN client (Global Protect) to the UKZN network.
4.This prevents users from getting a software license error.
5.If the machine has been of the network for a long time, we will have to-uninstall the Anti virus and update it to the latest version. This can be done by visiting our Walk in Centers, Emailing Icssuport@ukzn.ac.za or calling Expert Desk on Ext 4000
