- How to Login / Activate Adobe Acrobat DC
- Requirements:
- Be in possession of a valid Named User License issued by Adobe. If not, email adobe@ukzn.ac.za using your valid UKZN staff email account to request a Named User License.
- Have the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC software installed on your computer.
- Must create an Adobe ID in order to activate your Adobe Acrobat Pro DC software.
- Note: This account is not the same as your UKZN LAN account.
- Open Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Application from the Start menu
- An Adobe Sign In window will pop up prompting you for your Adobe ID (UKZN email address).
- If you have not created an Adobe account as yet, Click on the Create an account link.
- Fill in all your details in the fields provided. Create a password that meets the requirements listed. Once all fields have been filled in, Click on Create Account.

- A verification Code will be sent to the email address you have used as the username.
- Once the code is entered, your Adobe software will be automatically activated.
- Click on Continue after entering your email address.

- You can verify if you have successfully logged in by clicking on the icon at the top right corner of the application window or by clicking on the Help menu, you will see Sign out
- Enter in your password and Click on Continue.

- You may also click on Reset your password link to change a lost or forgotten password for your Adobe account.

- A code will be sent to the Cellphone number you provided during registration.

- Adobe allows users 2 concurrent logins. If you require the use of the Adobe software on more than 2 devices, you will have to sign out of devices not in use at the time
- A verification Code will be sent to the email address you have used as the username.
