The new ITS 4.1 requires a minimum version of Java Version 8 Update 121 (32-bit) and Internet Explorer
“Compatibility View off” (STEP 2 below).
- REMOVE ALL VERSIONS OF JAVA THEN INSTALL JAVA VERSION 8 UPDATE 241
- Install Java Version 8 Update 241 from:
V:\ITS Integrator 41 Java 8\Java Runtime Environment 32-bit 8.0 build 241.exe.
- Once installation is complete, go to Control Panel, Java, Click on the Security Tab and add to the
Exception Site List.
- Please add the following exceptions in Java in order for the current systems like ITS v4, Imagenow and Standard Bank users to continue with their daily duties.

V:\ITS Integrator 41 Java 8\Java Runtime Environment 64-bit 8.0 build 241.exe NOTE: DO NOT REMOVE THE 32-BIT VERSION ALREADY INSTALLED
JAVA EXCEPTION WINDOW:
TURN OFF COMPATIBILITY VIEW IN INTERNET EXPLORER
In Internet Explorer - Click on Tools, Compatibility View Settings, Untick Display Intranet sites in Compatibility View, Click Close.
