If you cannot login it could be your account is disabled or blocked Account

Account is disabled because the student is not registered for this current year.

 

Account is disabled because the student has logged into more than 5 devices simultaneously. Please contact ICS by sending an email to ITStudenthelp@ukzn.ac.za and provide the following:

 

  • ID/Passport number
  • Student number
  • Date Of Birth
  • At least one of the modules a student is doing
