How can I reset my LAN password

Can send mail to ITStudenthelp@ukzn.ac.za and send the following information:
ID/Passport number
Student number
Date Of Birth
At least one of the modules a student is doing
A student can reset a password by going to https://password.ukzn.ac.za
Example: Username:123456789@stu.ukzn.ac.za
Example: Password: Loccent@159
When creating a new password you cannot use: your first names, surname, date of birth or any of your information.
