Please bring the device to 1 of our Walkin Centers. We cannot help over the phone with hardware problems.
We would have to run diagnostics on that device to find the fault.
If its is a hardware fault and your device is under warranty we will log the fault and ensure the faulty parts are replaced.
If it is a Operating System problem we will Re Install the device.
Users must ensure that they back up their own data.
