I am funded by NSFAS and I need financial clearance so that I can continue with my registration process, can you help?

I received an SMS from NSFAS indicating that my Fees have been paid up and that I should continue with my Registration but when I try to register the system says I'm not financially cleared yet NSFAS has paid for my fees.

I've been sending emails on fees office but they are not responding to even one email. I'm an NSFAS funded student but I'm not cleared
