I paid my application fee but I put an incorrect reference number?

Contact the Applications office via Freshdesk. Follow these steps:

  • Go to the URL: https://freshdeskportal.ukzn.ac.za/.
  • Click on the “Submit a ticket” tab which is located at the top-right corner of the page. 
  • Select “Applications and Information” from the drop-down menu. 

Fill in the required fields including a clear explanation of your query and click on the Submit button once all fields have been completed.
