Please go to https://freshdeskportal.ukzn.ac.za/support/home, click on "Applications and Information," then click on the “Submit a ticket” tab, which is located at the top-right corner of the page. Select “Applications and Information” from the drop-down menu. Fill in the required fields and click on the "Submit" button once completed.
