Who do I contact for the SAQA hold to be cleared?

You need to consult with the Application & Information office on the URL: https://freshdeskportal.ukzn.ac.za/  and click on the “Submit a ticket” tab which is located at the top-right corner of the page. Select “Application & Information” from the drop-down menu. Fill in the required fields and click on the Submit button once completed.
