Send your proof of payment via https://freshdeskportal.ukzn.ac.za/ for assistance. Follow these steps:
- Click on the “Submit a ticket” tab which is located at the top-right corner of the page.
- Select “Applications and Information” from the drop-down menu.
Fill in the required fields including a clear explanation of your query. Attach your proof of payment and click on the Submit button once all fields have been completed.
