I paid the registration fees but I made an error with my student number or I did not put my student number as reference. How can I correct this error?

Contact Student Fees by emailing your proof of payment with your student number in order to be assisted. 

To send a query to Student Fees, please use the link: https://freshdeskportal.ukzn.ac.za/. Follow these steps:

  • Click on the “Submit a ticket” tab which is located at the top-right corner of the page. 
  • Select “Student Fees” from the drop-down menu. 
  • Fill in the required fields including a clear explanation of your query and click on the Submit button once all fields have been completed. 

 

A response will be sent to the email address that you will have to enter when completing the form.
