Student banking details forms are available online on the Student Portal. Completed forms with all supporting documents may be submitted to Student Fees in your campus. Required supporting documents and contact information are detailed on the form.
To submit your completed banking details form, please contact Student Fees via: https://freshdeskportal.ukzn.ac.za/. Follow these steps:
- Click on the “Submit a ticket” tab which is located at the top-right corner of the page.
- Select “Student Fees” from the drop-down menu.
- Fill in the required fields and attach all your documents. Click on the Submit button once all fields have been completed.
