Why has NSFAS not finished paying for previous year fees, since I am on NSFAS bursary?

For previous years, NSFAS is paying institutions in part-payments. Sometimes the fees are settled in the following year.

In some instances, outstanding payments will only be made when the NSFAS Close-Outs for prior years are completed.
