To get your contact details changed on the ITS please go to https://freshdeskportal.ukzn.ac.za/support/home
Click on "Applications and Information," then click on the “Submit a ticket” tab, which is located at the top-right corner of the page. Select “Applications and Information” from the drop-down menu. Fill in the required fields and select the query type. Fill in description then click on the "Submit" button once completed.
An agent from SAA will respond to you to update your details.
