I kindly request your help, I'm struggling to add a second major, how I can do because it refuse to be selected. Some programmes only have one major.

If it does not allow a 2^nd major, then the programme only has one major. Advise the student to register and email the Consultant to add the major manually, if the programme does have 2 majors.
