How do I update incorrectly spelt details on my application?

For an update of contact details, please email less than three months certified ID copy with any below subject related to your inquiry: 

1. ID NUMBER CORRECTION, NAME/S CORRECTION, email khanyilez4@ukzn.ac.za 
2. SURNAME UPDATING (if changed surname, please attach Home Affairs letter explaining) email studentrecords@ukzn.ac.za.
3. Kindly direct all student IT queries to ITstudenthelp@ukzn.ac.za,

• Permit issues: Studentpermit@ukzn.ac.za  
• Data Queries: Data@ukzn.ac.za   or
• Change/correct cellular phone number, go to https://locateme.ukzn.ac.za)
• Call the Expert Desk on 0312604000 

The working hours for the above IT related queries  are 8:00-16:30 – Monday to Friday, 

Remember to: Always state your Name, Surname, UKZN Student Number, ID/Passport number, and contact number in your email and give a summary of your inquiry, if possible Students are encouraged to use their UKZN Student email accounts when sending queries.
