How can I do a change of mind -Procedure?

Download the Change of mind Form HERE
Fill in the Form and attach certified copies of ID and Matric Statement (All certified copies should not be more than 3 months old)
Email enquiries@ukzn.ac.za, indicate the Student number and a new choice e.g. 2240000 B-ART - Howard
Maximum of 2 Change of Minds per applicant
Closing date of Change: as and when the programme gets full.
List of available programmes: Please email relevant College
Please Note: Payments of R150 will be required for every Change of Mind done.
