If I have received a student number, does that mean I have been accepted?
No. getting a student number does not mean that you have been accepted for your chosen programme. The student number is given to you to enable easier communication with us, so please remember to quote it in all further correspondence with UKZN. Once you have been accepted into a programme, this will be confirmed it in a separate letter of admission.
