I would like to get assistance with financial clearance. I've been sending emails to different financial advisors and to fees office without getting any help, I have some unallocated fund under my financial aid details in my statement.

Students should be directed to the Freshdesk portal as the generic emails are no longer available. 

To send your query to Student Fees, please go to https://freshdeskportal.ukzn.ac.za/ and click on the “Submit a ticket” tab which is located at the top-right corner of the page. Select “Student Fees” from the drop-down menu on the page. Fill in the required fields and click on the Submit button once completed.
