Kindly help on how to accept an offer and registration. I have paid R5000 for financial clearance and send the needed documents for international clearance. What is the next step?

The agent needs to advise the student that they need to wait to hear from the College office. The agent needs to ask the student when were the documents submitted, and if the time lapse is huge, the student should be given the College generic email address. CLMS- clms@ukzn.ac.za.
