I am a second year student now, last year I was doing my first year and I am an NSFAS beneficiary, I didn't get an SMS saying I’m cleared, I'm worried because l passed all my modules, I cannot register because of that how can I get help

Students should be directed to the Freshdesk portal as the generic emails are no longer available. 

To send your query to Student Fees, please go to https://freshdeskportal.ukzn.ac.za/ and click on the “Submit a ticket” tab which is located at the top-right corner of the page. Select “Student Fees” from the drop-down menu on the page. Fill in the required fields and click on the Submit button once completed.
