I received a message that I am funded for the current year by NSFAS, yet system says that I am not financially cleared. I think that system has not been updated since the beginning of the year. Please update the system so that I can Proceed

Students should be directed to the Freshdesk portal as the generic emails are no longer available. 

To send your query to Student Fees, please go to https://freshdeskportal.ukzn.ac.za/ and click on the “Submit a ticket” tab which is located at the top-right corner of the page. Select “Student Fees” from the drop-down menu on the page. Fill in the required fields and click on the Submit button once completed.
