Go to Moodle, login
Navigate to your course
Locate the administration block click on Users, Enrolled Users
A list of all students enrolled for this course will appear along with how long since they have accessed this course.
This is called the Participants page
The table can be sorted by Last access to course, it can also be filtered by period of inactivity
